Color Theory for Artist
In art there are two main elements, line and color. Color informs us about what we are looking at. If we are supposed to like it or dislike it because of the colors the artist used. Color also creates the illusion of space. By using the correct colors you can give an object three dimensionality.
This class is about nothing but color and all that it can do. We will be covering the concepts of hue, chroma, and value. Even more importantly we will be putting these concepts to work so you can create works of art with exactly the colors you want.
